FAQ about PRX-T33 procedure
PRX-T33 peeling
This procedure allows for maintaining a normal lifestyle with minimal rehabilitation time, even for patients with sensitive skin.
The main difference between PRX-T33 and other types of peels is that it has more biostimulatory effects, rather than primarily exfoliating effects.
PRX T33 active ingredients:
- 33% trichloroacetic acid solution (included in most peeling products). It has a regenerative effect, promotes skin renewal, and, thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, prevents acne formation. PRX T33 use stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis in the body—this is the mechanism of action and ensures high procedure effectiveness.
- Hydrogen peroxide - has anti-inflammatory properties and enhances the action of trichloroacetic acid, reducing skin damage, thus shortening the recovery time after the procedure.
- Kojic acid - improves overall skin color, prevents age spots, blocks melanin synthesis, which contributes to the formation of freckles and age spots, and prevents the formation of skin scar tissue.
PRX–T33 peeling is recommended for the following cases
- Acne and post-acne conditions
- Atrophic scar tissue
- Reduced skin turgor, skin laxity
- Pigmentation spots, freckles
- Hyperkeratosis
- Effects of aggressive sun exposure (photoaging)
- Complex treatment of age spots
- Skin aging
